Something I Love To Do

Sharing ideas is something I love to do. I really just got tired of carrying a pen around and I don’t always have a set of pans nearby! I have always loved finding ways to become healthier. How can we eat well and/or keep physically active on a hectic schedule? How can we make our planet a healthier one for each and everyone of us? What are important foods to include in our diet for energy, memory, immunity or disease prevention? How does stress effect our mind and body?
