Holistic Nutritionist & Transformational Wellness Coach, Cat Dillon, helps total body wellness seekers get healthier and happier through the co-mingling of food as medicine and holistic lifestyle principals, functional diagnostic nutrition, and transformational coaching.

Clients learn tangible steps in transforming unsuccessful attempts at feeling better, into an empowering self care program that gives them energy, focus and well-being for life.

Cat helps clients suffering from weight loss resistance, sugar and carb cravings, allergies, immune system imbalance, digestive difficulties, anxiety/depression, insomnia, metabolic disorders, cardiovascular problems, cognitive issues, insomnia, skin issues, low libido, hormonal imbalance and more.

To be a healthier individual who is balanced in mind and body requires a great deal of dedication, and sense of commitment to changing those patterns and life-styles that no longer support who you are.

Cat has trained clients and taught her Barre Blend workout, drawing inspiration from dance, Pilates, yoga, and strength training, for over 4 years at Sweat Co., Vancouver, Canada’s Best Workout Studio.  She has also cooked professionally and for private clients.  Cat’s passion for health doesn’t stop there.  She has also competed for years in triathlon and running events in San Diego and Hawaii as well as danced professionally for San Francisco’s EMBAJE Dance Troupe.

Cat is a also a former professional restaurant chef and private chef, triathlete and dancer. She hopes to some day try singing. Her loves are her husband and two rescue dogs, Mochi, a Mini Schnauzer and Minnie, a Min-Pin/Doxie Mix.
